    Payroll Manager Duty Is To Supervising The Subordinates Work Of Preparation Of Salary To Employees


    Payroll Manager Work is more important in an organization as he play a valid role in satisfying various employees through preparing salary vouchers, urgent meeting of directors, administration works etc. Payroll manager must be vigilant in his work as he has to get the employee details, remuneration details, date of appointment etc. so that he can able to prepare the salary slip that has to be given to every employee during month end. The amount of salary can be given through cheque, deposited into the employee’s bank account etc. depending on the rules and regulations of the company. The payroll manager has to make contact with all employees in good spirit and sort out any queries of them then and there.



    The human resource department is an important wing in an organization that deals in recruitment of a candidate for a suitable position and provides them with all benefits so that they can feel the work environment effective in order to deliver their duties correctly. The payroll outsourcing department consists of executives who indulge in collecting valid information about every employee working in an organization so that they act accordingly by providing them valid suggestions for improving their work performance etc. The functions of the payroll department are computerized and all functions are being carried out using good technology devices so that the employee payroll service feels proud of working in this organization. He employee performance is noted then and there and if there is any difference in action then it will be brought to the notice of the employee and warn them to do things accurately so that the company will produce good results for a particular period. The salary slip consists of basic salary component, additions such as allowance, commission etc and deductions such as income tax, provident fund, employee state insurance deduction, Insurance contribution etc.
